Yes, in order to be able to collect and redeem reward points it is necessary to have created an account at goodlifepharmacy.gr and log in every time you make purchases. With the creation of a new account we offer you 100 goodies as an introductory gift! All the goodies you have won are stored and displayed in your account and you can redeem them whenever you want!
All products have the corresponding goodies below their price. For every €1 purchase you win 10 goodies! For example, by buying a product that costs €15, you earn 150 goodies. (The points allocated to a product are calculated based on its price after the discount and without VAT)
As soon as you log in to your account and add the products you want to the cart, the total number of points you have collected from previous purchases and their value in euros will appear when you complete your order. Every 1000 goodies corresponds to €1. You can redeem your points once you collect 1000 goodies. If you wish to redeem the points you have accumulated, simply select the corresponding field when completing your order and the additional discount will be applied automatically.
You can redeem your points whenever you wish, as long as you have accumulated at least 1000 points. Then for every 1000 points you collect, you should redeem them all together. That is, in the event that you have collected 1500 goodies, you can redeem 1000 and the remaining 500 will remain in your account. If you have accumulated 2000 goodies and want to redeem them, you must redeem them all in one order.
The new points are credited to your account upon payment of your order. In case you paid for your order by cash on delivery, the goodies are credited in 5 to 10 working days, after we receive relevant information from the courier company, that your order has been paid. In addition, it may take up to 48 hours for the points to appear in your account.
