Return Policy

For product returns, the following conditions must be met:
  • Product returns are accepted up to 14 calendar days from the day the order is received by the customer. After 14 days, our store does not have to accept returns or product exchanges.
  • For better service, you should first contact the customer service department at 2107000708, Monday to Friday, 10:00-17:00 or by e-mail [email protected] .
  • The customer must have proof of purchase of the product they wish to return or replace.
  • The product must not have been opened or used.
  • The product packaging should not be damaged or altered. For this reason, we recommend returning the product in suitable packaging, such as in a packaging box and not in an envelope.
  • Changes to products that are part of an offer package are not accepted. The entire package should be replaced.
  • We do not accept returns of sensitive products, such as baby food products, baby milks, nutrition bars, orthopedic and anatomical products, anatomical socks, orthopedic insoles, etc., for reasons of ensuring their quality. 
  • Orthopedic footwear returns are only accepted after consultation with our physical store, Eleni Samarzi-Konstantinou Anastasiou O.E. Co-located Pharmacies, at 4 Marathonos Street, 19005, Nea Makri, Attiki. 
  • Returns can be made either by shipment or by delivery to our physical store, Eleni Samarzi-Konstantinou Anastasiou O.E. Pharmacies, at 4 Marathonos Street, 19005, Nea Makri, Attiki. 
  • Where an invoice has been issued, returns must be accompanied by a delivery note.
In the event that the returns are not completed within 14 calendar days from the day of receipt of the order or the above conditions for returns are not met, the product will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer, with the transport costs borne by the customer.

As long as the above conditions are met, the consumer has the right to request a return or replacement of a product or products, according to the following two cases:

1) Return of defective product or wrong shipment:
To change or replace a product, you must first contact the customer service department at 2107000708, Monday to Friday, 10:00-17:00 or by e-mail [email protected] .

In order to determine whether the product is defective or incorrect, the customer must send photos of the product as well as the proof of purchase to the e-mail [email protected], so that it can be checked by the competent department of our company. If the customer sends the product without following the above procedure, then he is responsible for the transportation costs.

In the event that the customer has received a product of defective quality or a different product from the one he had registered when completing his order, then our company undertakes its replacement as well as its transportation costs. In case of stock exhaustion or inability to replace the product, the value of the product will be refunded to the customer's bank account or to the bank card with which he completed his purchase. Product replacement or refund will only be made after receipt of the defective/wrong product from our pharmacy.

In the event that the company's service department determines that replacement or compensation of the product is not justified (in accordance with the above return conditions), then the product will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer, with the transport costs borne by him.

2) Return at customer's request:
To change or replace a product, you must first contact the customer service department on the phone 2107000708, Monday to Friday, 10:00-17:00 or by e-mail [email protected] .

In the event that a customer wishes to return or replace part of their order, for reasons for which our store is not responsible, such as choosing the wrong product on their part when completing the order, then the product must first be returned to our store , with its transport costs borne by the customer. Given that the above return conditions are met, the customer reserves the right to return or replace the product.

If the customer wishes to return the product back to our store without desiring a replacement, then the value of the product will be refunded to the customer's bank account or credited to the customer's bank card, in the event that the original order was completed by debit or credit card. In the event that the value of the product is returned via bank transfer and the customer maintains an account in the banks we cooperate with (Piraeus and Ethniki), then the value of the product will be fully returned to the customer. If the customer maintains an account in another bank, then he will be charged with the transaction's interbank costs.

In the event that the customer wishes to replace a product, then he must register a new order with a value equal to or greater than the returned product and the shipping costs of the new order will be borne by him.

Shipping can only be done by a courier company and not by regular mail, for reasons of content quality assurance. If the customer wishes, our store can undertake the return and shipping of his order with one of our cooperating courier companies, with the transport costs being borne entirely by the customer.

Order cancellation policy:

The cancellation of an order can be done either by phone at 2107000708 or by e-mail at [email protected], provided that it has not been sent by our pharmacy.

If the payment of the order has been completed with a debit or credit card, then its value will be fully credited to this card. In the event that the value of the order is returned via bank transfer and the customer maintains an account in the banks we collaborate with (Piraeus and Ethniki), then it will be fully returned to the customer. If the customer maintains an account in another bank, then he will be charged with the transaction's interbank costs.

In the event that our store has proceeded to ship the order before the customer informs about its cancellation, then the customer will bear the shipping and return costs, and the difference in value will be returned to the customer in one of the above ways.
