Shipping by ELTA Courier

Orders can be sent with the cooperating courier company ELTA Courier and the following conditions apply:

For purchases over €45 and up to 2kg of weight (volumetric or actual) shipping is FREE.
For orders within Attica of less than €45 and up to 2kg of weight (volumetric or actual) the shipping costs are €3.
For orders outside Attica of less than €45 and up to 2kg weight (volumetric or actual) the shipping costs are €3.
For orders weighing more than 2kg (volumetric or actual) and regardless of the amount, the additional charge is €1 per kilogram (volumetric or actual).
The cash on delivery cost is €2 regardless of the amount.
Orders are usually delivered in 1-3 working days within Attica and in 2 to 5 working days in the rest of Greece from the day of dispatch. Cases of force majeure are excluded from problems arising from the cooperating company ELTA Courier, for which we are not responsible.
For a return of an order at the request of the customer, he is charged with return costs of €1.
For the progress of his order, the customer receives an informative e-mail and can monitor it through a special platform.
Comments to the Courier Company are not binding, but an effort is made to satisfy them in the best possible way.

Send with Box Now

Box Now as a shipping method allows the customer to pick up his order himself at any time of the day after delivering it to one of the automatic Box Now pick-up machines (Lockers) near his home or work.

How does it work;

Orders can be shipped with the Box Now courier company and the following conditions apply:

For purchases over €45 and up to 10kg of weight (volumetric or actual) shipping is FREE.
For orders less than €45 and up to 10kg weight (volumetric or actual) the shipping costs are €2.30 for all of Greece.
For orders weighing more than 10kg (volumetric or actual) and regardless of the amount, the additional charge is €1 per kilogram (volumetric or actual).
The customer can pick up their order at any time of the day, as Box Now Lockers operate 24 hours a day.
The customer can receive his order quickly within 24 hours throughout Greece, in areas where there are Box Now Lockers.
The customer's order remains in the selected mailbox for 48 hours. The customer can request an extension of the stay of his order in the box for another 24 hours easily and quickly through the Box Now website https://track.boxnow.gr/ or by calling the Box Now call center at 2111005301.

Orders can be sent with the cooperating courier company General Post and the following conditions apply:

For purchases over €45 and up to 2kg of weight (volumetric or actual) shipping is FREE.
For orders within Attica of less than €45 and up to 2kg of weight (volumetric or actual) the shipping costs are €3.
For orders outside Attica of less than €45 and up to 2kg weight (volumetric or actual) the shipping costs are €3.5.
For orders weighing more than 2kg (volumetric or actual) and regardless of the amount, the additional charge is €1 per kilogram (volumetric or actual).
The cash on delivery cost is €2 regardless of the amount.

Orders can be shipped with the respective courier company and the following conditions apply:

Orders are shipped abroad only after payment by credit or debit card.
For overseas order shipments, bank deposit and cash on delivery are not supported as payment methods.
For shipments of orders abroad, the prohibitions of the following products apply: Compressed gases, liquefied or dissolved products under pressure, flammable liquids.

Cyprus:

Shipments to Cyprus are made for orders over €10.
For shipments with ELTA Courier, the customer is charged with transport costs of €21 for orders weighing up to 2kg (volumetric or real) and €3 for each additional kilo, with delivery of his order in 2 to 4 working days.
For shipments by General Post, the customer is charged with transport costs of €15.5 for orders up to 5kg (volumetric or real) and with €5 for each additional kilo (volumetric or real), with delivery of his order in 7 to 11 working days.
For shipments with DHL, the customer is charged €17.5 for orders up to 4kg (volumetric or real) and €1 for each additional kg, with delivery of his order in 4 to 7 working days.
For orders that exceed the weight of 10kg, the customer should first contact our store on 00302107000708.

European Union:

Shipments to the EU are made for orders over €10.
Shipments to the EU are made exclusively with DHL.
For shipments to the EU, the customer is charged for transport costs according to the table below:

Order pick up from the store:

Collections from the store are made for orders over €10.
Collections from the store are made Monday to Saturday from 10:00 to 20:00.
If the customer wishes to pick up his order from our physical store, please select the delivery method "Pick up from the pharmacy (Marathonos Avenue 4 Nea Makri, GR - 19005 Attiki)" when completing his order.
For the best service, the customer is requested to come to the store, as long as he has received a relevant e-mail informing him that his order is ready for collection.
The prices of the products listed in our online store refer exclusively to orders made online or by phone through our e-shop.
Orders placed after 16:00 PM are processed the next business day.
Orders to be picked up from the store remain at our pharmacy for 5 working days. After five days, orders are automatically deleted from our system.
