1) Debit or credit card:
You can complete your purchase with a credit, debit or prepaid card from Visa or MasterCard providers. To secure your online transactions, payments made using a card are processed through Piraeus Bank's electronic payment platform, which uses TLS 1.1 encryption with a 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer - SSL). Encryption is a way of encoding information until it reaches its recipient, who decodes it using an appropriate key. Your card number and any other information (Name, expiry date, CVV) are not stored in our database for security reasons. The transaction is cleared automatically.
2) Bank deposit:
You can complete your purchase with a bank deposit to one of the following bank accounts, filling in your order number in the reason for the deposit. If you have an account with one of our partner banks, then you are not charged any transaction fees. If the deposit is made by a bank with which we do not cooperate, then the costs of the transaction that may arise are borne solely by you. The transaction appears in our account in 1 to 3 business days. The preparation of your order is done by the appearance of the amount in our account.

3) Cash on delivery:
You can pay for your order upon delivery by cash on delivery to the courier company with an additional fee of €2, regardless of the value of the order. The cash on delivery method can be used for orders up to €300. For orders over €300 you should choose one of the other payment methods. Cash on delivery is only valid for destinations within Greece. If you wish to pay by card, you should specify this in the comments for the transport company. Cash on delivery using a card is still considered cash on delivery as it is a service of our external partner. If you do not wish to incur cash on delivery costs, prepay your order using a card at checkout.
4) Cash for in-store pickups:
You can pay for your order with cash on collection from our pharmacy by selecting collect and pay in store when completing your order. Our pharmacy is located at 4 Marathonos Avenue, 19005, Nea Makri, Attiki. For your best service, you can come to the store as long as you have received the relevant e-mail informing you that your order is ready for collection, presenting your order code. Collections from the store take place Monday to Saturday 10:00-20:00.
