- Put a cleaning tablet in lukewarm water - not hot, as this can damage your dentures. There should be enough water to completely cover the denture. Leave the denture in the solution for 3 minutes.
- Using a soft-bristled toothbrush and the cleaning tablet solution, gently brush your dentures to remove any remaining dirt. Try to avoid using ordinary toothpaste, as its abrasive action can scratch the surface of the denture, which can then cause bacteria to build up.
- After immersion in solution and brushing, rinse your dentures thoroughly under running water.
Discard the remaining solution immediately after use.
