The modern diet is deficient in 2 essential nutrients that contribute to bone building, calcium and magnesium. The osteoguard is a specially designed formula from Lamberts which provides Calcium, Magnesium, Vitamins D and K and Boron. The selection of micronutrients and their amount was based on their properties in bone metabolism as calcium, magnesium and vitamins D & K contribute* to maintaining the normal state of bones.
Based on the Osteoguard content, one tablet per day is recommended as a dietary supplement to most diets, while 2 tablets per day is recommended for people on a low-dairy diet or postmenopausal women. It can also be perfectly combined with other multivitamin formulas and like all Lamberts formulations, it is manufactured in the UK to strict Pharmaceutical GMP standards.
