Compeed Pads for the Treatment of Cleft Lip

COMPEED® Invisible Herpes Labial Patch

It offers up to 12 hours of continuous action for fast healing and a significant reduction in the formation of sciatica compared to creams containing 5% acyclovir**. In addition, because it acts as an antiviral shield, the patch reduces the risk of herpes infection. It heals cold sores at a comparable rate to creams containing 5% acyclovir, and helps you return to your unstoppable best self - and fast!

You can use the herpes zoster patch at any time of the disease. However, for best results, start the application as soon as you feel the first symptoms of cold sores - usually a burning or itching sensation.

How to apply the patch:

Wash your hands. Make sure your skin is clean and dry. Do not use it in combination with cream, as the patch will not apply properly and will not provide all the benefits of its action.
Remove the outer wrapper and hold the inner wrapper at both ends, using both hands.
Gently pull both ends following the direction set by the arrows until half the patch appears. Be careful not to touch the adhesive side of the patch.
Gently press the free surface of the patch with a finger in the area of herpes zoster.
Slowly remove the rest of the tape with a gentle, rotating motion until the patch comes off the tape. You can wear make up or lipstick over the patch.

How to remove the used pad:

You do not need to remove or change the pad if it is still in place. When the patch begins to peel off the skin, it must be removed and replaced with a new one.
To remove the patch, loosen one side.
Use both hands to hold the loose side of the patch.
Push the patch sideways, separating the arms as it comes off.
