Lysine is an essential amino acid with very important organic functions, the most important of which is the synthesis of collagen. Lysine is abundant in animal foods, so vegetarians and vegans may be malnourished.

Each tablet provides 1000mg of free Lysine for maximum absorption and bioavailability. For the preparation of this preparation we use a form of lysine called USP which is used in clinical nutrition studies.

Tablet with: L-Lysine Hydrochloride, Calcium Phosphate, Cellulose, Crosslinked Sodium Cellulose, Anticoagulants (Silicon Dioxide, Stearic Acid & Magnesium Stearate), Tablet Coating (Hydroxyl, Glycyrrhizin).

Suitable for vegetarians & vegans
Assimilation time: Less than 1 hour.
Dosage: 1 to 2 tablets daily, with juice or water rather than milk. Amino acids are best absorbed when taken half an hour before eating or going to bed. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.
