Dietary supplement with bromelain, an enzyme derived from the stem of fresh pineapple, which helps reduce pain and swelling after injuries and surgeries and supports healthy gastrointestinal function.

1 tablet gives an average of:

Bromelain 500mg
Enzyme activity level: 1250GDU

Other Ingredients: Bromelain, Calcium Carbonate, Cellulose, Anti-Caking Agents (Silicon Dioxide, Stearic Acid, Magnesium Stearate), Cross-linked Sodium Cellulose, Tablet Coating (Hydroxypropyl Methyl Cellulose, Glycerol).

For joint health: 3 tablets (1 between meals) daily for one week.
Then maintenance dose: 1 tablet per day for 3 to 6 months.
As an aid to digestion: 1 tablet before each meal, up to 3 per day.
Assimilation time: Less than an hour.

Precautions:
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Store in a cool and dry environment and protect from light. Keep out of reach of children.
