The basil got its name from the Greek as it is considered the king of aromatic herbs. Its essential oil is extremely refreshing and is ideal for mental clarity and against physical fatigue.

Uses in aromatherapy:

In cooking:

To improve concentration and clarity: add 5 drops of basil essential oil to the ceramic essential oil dispenser.
To combat mental and physical fatigue: add 6 drops of basil essential oil to the bathtub or alternatively 4 drops of basil with 2 drops of rosemary essential oil.
For the digestive system and indigestion: add 3 drops of basil essential oil and 2 drops of mint essential oil to 10ml of almond oil and massage the stomach area.
Pasta sauce: add 1 drop of basil essential oil to 2 cups of tomato juice
Dressing for salads: add 3 drops of basil essential oil to 100ml olive oil to give your salads a unique taste.

Instructions for Safe Use:

Avoid contact with eyes. In case of contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water.
Do not use them for internal use unless you have the advice of a doctor, pharmacist or experienced aromatherapist.
Do not use them insoluble on the skin.
Have an allergic reaction test.
After using citrus essential oils, avoid sun exposure or solarium for 12 hours
For use during pregnancy or breastfeeding, consult your doctor.
Use them with caution in children under 12 years. Some oils are unsuitable for babies and children
