Apivita Essential Oil Bergamot 10ml

Use in aromatherapy:

• To dispel negative thoughts and stress: Add 5 drops to the ceramic essential oil dispenser.
• Start your day in a positive mood: After you finish your bath, add a drop of essential oil to a damp sponge and rub it all over your body.
• Excessive stress or depression: Add 20 drops to 50ml of almond or chamomile oil and massage into the neck and shoulders or the whole body.
• For peaceful sleep in times of emotional tension: Put a drop of bergamot on the edge of your pillow.
• For cool and clear breathing: Wash with a drop of bergamot diluted in a glass of water.

Instructions for Safe Use:

• Avoid contact with eyes. In case of contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water.
• Do not use them for internal use unless you have the advice of a doctor, pharmacist or experienced aromatherapist.
• Do not use them insoluble on the skin.
• Have an allergic reaction test.
• After using citrus essential oils, avoid sun exposure or solarium for 12 hours
