Composition of 5 essential oils
Po-Ho oil was one of the first and most beloved compositions of Dr. Alfred Vogel. Contains a composition of 5 Essential Oils from fresh herbs:
- Peppermint 50%
- Eucalyptus 30%
- Wild Cypress 14%
- Cumin 4%
- Fennel 2%
The name comes from
Po-Ho, the Chinese (Mandarin) term for peppermint, which is the base of the five essential oils in this refreshing oil blend. The main characteristic of essential oils is that they evaporate at room temperature - this is why they smell so pleasant. They can also be applied directly to the skin for rubbing, either for an essential oil treatment at home or in the gym (a few drops in a spoonful for the sauna). In addition to imparting a nice and relaxing aroma, essential oils can also help the body in other ways, which are the basis for aromatherapy. In addition, peppermint and eucalyptus essential oils have been used traditionally to help maintain clean and fresh breath and good respiratory health - especially during cold and flu season for nasal congestion, runny nose, muscle aches, headache and sore throat.
