The LISTERINE® Cool Mint Mild Flavor, with twice-daily use, it is proven to:

Use it twice a day.
Pour 20 ml (4 teaspoons of 5 ml) into a glass, gargle for 30 seconds and spit it out.
Use half the amount (10 ml) for children 6-12 years old.
Do not use by children under 6 years.

WARNINGS AND PRECAUTIONS
