The Tip Toes Heel Shields made of a special soft and transparent gel are designed to reduce friction and sliding inside the shoe. They're easy to apply, discreet and match any style of closed-toe heel. They can also be applied to mules to prevent chafing on the top of the foot.

Simply apply the adhesive side to the back of the shoe (the highest part on the heel) or the front top of the mules (inside).
