Body hydration is supported by taking a drinking solution of water, glucose and mineral minerals (electrolytes), such as magnesium which contributes to electrolyte balance.*

The main benefits of the BRAT diet are based on its foods, which are starchy and low in fiber, protein and fat, so they are easy to digest.
