Sinus Rinse Nasal irrigation system (kit 10)

Nasal wash device with 10 sachets for 10 uses

The Sinus Rinse it is a washing system and not a spray system. In this way, it covers the entire nasal cavity. The user has full control of the pressure-flow resulting in the maximum volume of solution being provided in each use, while offering comfort and efficiency, depending on the needs, particularities, and uniqueness of each one. The solution during application comes out of the other nostril, without swallowing the solution and nasal secretions.

Sinus Rinse is used worldwide and has been clinically proven to be an effective way to treat and reduce nasal symptoms such as:
Nasal symptoms from cold, flu, allergic rhinitis, nasal congestion, feeling of pressure and nasal congestion, dust-pollen allergies, animal hair, etc. as well as after nose surgery.

Step 1: Wash your hands. Fill the clean bottle with the specified volume of distilled, microfiltered (through a 0,2 micron filter), reverse osmosis filtered, commercially bottled water, or water that has been previously boiled and cooled. *You can heat the water in the microwave for 5 to 10 second intervals to avoid overheating the water, damaging the device, or burning the nasal passages.
Step 2: Cut the corner of the SINUS RINSE™ mixture sachet and add its contents to the bottle. Tighten the cap and tube tightly onto the bottle. Place one finger over the tip of the cap and shake the bottle gently to dissolve the mixture. Always rinse the nasal passages only with NellMed® SINUS RINSE® sachets.
Step 3: In front of a sink, bend forward in a comfortable position and tilt your head down. With your mouth open, without holding your breath, insert the plug fully into the nasal passage. GENTLY PRESS THE BOTTLE until the solution starts to come out of the OTHER nasal passage. Some amount may flow out of the mouth.
To rinse properly, continue to gently squeeze the bottle until 1/4 to 1/2 (60 mL to 120 mL or 2 to 4 fl oz) of the SINUS RINSE® bottle has been used, or half of that amount for SINUS RINSE KIDS. Do not swallow the solution.
Step 4: Blow your nose gently, without fully squeezing it, to avoid putting pressure on the eardrums. If tolerated, gently inhale through the nose once or twice any solution in the nasal cavity, as this can clear the posterior nasopharyngeal area, the area at the back of the nasal passage. Sometimes, some of the solution may go into the back of your throat, which you have to spit out. To remove any remaining solution, blow your nose gently while tilting your head forward and to the other side of the nasal passage you were rinsing.
Step 5: Repeat steps 3 and 4 for the other nasal passage. Most users find that twice daily nasal irrigation is beneficial, as is brushing your teeth. Many doctors recommend that nasal irrigation 3-4 times a day or, for special circumstances, up to 6 times a day is safe. Follow your doctor's advice.
Step 6: Clean the bottle and cap. Allow the SINUS RINSE™ bottle, cap and tube to air dry on paper towels, a lint-free towel, or use the NeilMed® NasaDOCK® or NasaDOCK® plus (sold separately) to store the bottle, cap and tube.

Dosage: 1 sachet in 240 mL of water for nasal irrigation, 1-6 times a day
