Phytonasal Spray is a protective decongestant indicated for all types of cold, allergy and, in general, for cases of congestion and irritation of the nasal cavities, associated with acute or chronic problems. Concentrated Fitonasal Spray is a product whose action is due to all the components of its composition. Among them, particularly important is TANNISAL-FL, a molecular complex composed of Tannins, Flavonoids and Alite, which, in combination with vegetable glycerin, give the product the following properties:
- Decongestant non-pharmacological action, due to the balanced and standardized osmolarity (750 mOsm/Kg), which favors the attraction of liquids from the congested mucosa, the liquefaction of the mucus and the facilitation of its removal, also through the mechanical action of washing the nasal passages cavity, without causing irritation and dryness.
- Protective action, thanks to mucoadhesive and antioxidant properties that contribute to the maintenance of the integrity of the epithelial barrier and the regeneration process of the mucosa.
The natural aromas of Eucalyptus and Mint give a pleasant feeling of freshness. Concentrated Fitonasal Spray does not contain vasoconstrictor decongestants and, thanks to its innovative non-pharmacological mechanism of action, does not cause addiction, does not dry the mucosa, does not irritate and can be used frequently, even for extended periods of time. Maintenance is provided by the production process with a sterile filtration and packaging system in a microbiologically controlled environment, without the use of preservatives.

Fitonasal Spray Concentrated Nasal Solution is supplied in a glass vial that features an APF (Advanced Preservative Free) technology applicator, a multi-dose system with an integrated microfiltration membrane that ensures the following:
- Pre-dosed mist spray - the pump-spray applicator releases a specific volume of solution with each spray, allowing for even distribution.
- Quality and absence of preservatives - the filtration membrane preserves the microbiological quality of the product, in each spray, by filtering the incoming air. This feature makes the product usable until the expiration date, without the use of synthetic preservatives.
Environmental protection - the product is environmentally friendly, because it does not contain propellant gas.
