It is essentially polysaccharide (sugar molecules that are interconnected) and its breakdown during exercise provides the sugar molecules necessary to meet the body's energy needs. Exhaustion of muscle glycogen stores is accompanied by the onset of breakdown of muscle tissue proteins into individual amino acids to ensure that the energy needs associated with exercise are met, leading to myalgia and fatigue.

Dosage: Add 50 gr of powder to 500 ml of cold water and stir.
