Her Complete Gainer Lamberts is a specially designed sports nutrition product that contains a combination of high quality and pure whey protein (Whey Concentrate & Isolate), creatine carbohydrate complexes, beta alanine and HMB.

Each 100 gr of this preparation provide:

over 39 g of pure protein (39,7 g)
8,8 gr of Branched Chain Amino Acids (BCAA`S). The 3 Branched Chain Amino Acids (BCAA`S = leucine, isoleucine and valine) are the basic structural component for the formation of 1/3 of the body's total muscle protein. Apart from their important structural role, they are the main source of meeting the energy needs of the muscles, as they are exclusively metabolized in the muscle tissue
37,6 gr of complex carbohydrates. Carbohydrates contribute to the absorption of proteins and increase their bioavailability (and therefore contribute to the synthesis of muscle tissue), as well as to the restoration of the body's glucagon levels.
5 gr of Pure Creatine, which contributes to increasing muscle mass, strength and muscle power.
2 gr of Beta Alanine which contributes to the synthesis of carnosine and the improvement of muscle work.
1,5 gr Beta hydroxy beta methylbutyric acid (HMB). HMB is a major metabolite of leucine preventing post-workout muscle catabolism.
In addition to the above, oats and medium chain triglycerides (Median Chain Triglycerides) have been added for gradual absorption of carbohydrates and maintenance of energy levels for a longer period of time.

Dosage: Add 100 g (4scoops) in 500ml of water or skim milk in a shaker or blender and mix well.
Stir the solution in a blender for maximum dissolution. It is recommended to take 1 dose between main meals. Two doses can be taken during periods of intense training (eg preparation).
