Omega 3-6-9 1000mg
It contributes to the health of the skin and the strengthening of the immune system
The correct intake ratio of omega-3 fatty acids to omega-6 fatty acids is crucial. The importance of their balance is very great, because a diet that contains much more omega-6 than omega-3 fatty acids, can change the physiology of the human body.
Omega-3 fatty acids are essential, as the body cannot synthesize them and must therefore receive them through the diet. Omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids (EPA & DHA) contribute to the normal functioning of the heart, brain and vision, as well as maintaining normal triglyceride levels and blood pressure.* Source of omega-3 fatty acids they are mainly fish oils from fatty fish, vegetable oils from flaxseed and canola, nuts and green vegetables.
Omega-6 fatty acids are another essential category of fatty acids, which we get mainly from seed oils, such as corn oil, sunflower oil and peanut oil. Of particular note is one of the omega-6 fatty acids, gamma linoleic acid (GLA), which is mainly found in evening primrose oil and borage oil. According to the international literature and based on scientific data, omega-6 fatty acids control the nervous, cardiovascular and reproductive systems, skin health and other biological functions.
Omega-9 fatty acids are considered the healthiest source of fatty acids in the body. Also important are the benefits of oleic acid, which together with the antioxidants of virgin olive oil, have the most beneficial effect on the cardiovascular system. Omega-9 fatty acids have very strong antioxidant properties and slow down cell oxidation, helping to maintain healthy cells and organs in all body systems.
