Electrolytes with vitamins B, C & E by Lanes is a nutritional supplement with an innovative composition rich in metal ions-electrolytes such as magnesium, sodium and potassium in combination with vitamins of the B, C and E complex. This composition replenishes needs of the body and offers rejuvenation and hydration before, during or after exercise as it offers a balance in precious minerals while preventively it can help to deal with possible cramps during exercise. It also helps replenish the water-soluble vitamins of the B complex, important for many functions of the body, which are excreted in urine and sweat. Contains magnesium which contributes to electrolyte balance & protein synthesis as well as acid, base, carbohydrate and fatty acid metabolism.
Also, potassium together with magnesium contributes to the normal functioning of the muscles and the nervous system, while at the same time potassium contributes to the maintenance of normal blood pressure.
