Moller's Genuine Cod Oil
Möller's Cardio in capsules is concentrated fish oil with a high content of EPA and DHA.
The omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA support the normal functioning of the heart (with a daily intake of 250mg EPA and DHA, at least) and DHA contributes to the good functioning of the brain and vision (with a daily intake of 250mg DHA, at least).
The high amounts of EPA and DHA contained in Cardio (480mg and 640mg, respectively, the two capsules), are more effective in supporting the proper functioning of the heart, according to many clinical studies. It should be noted that, although high omega-3 formulations usually contain synthetic omega-3 (in the form of ethyl ester), Möller's Cardio, like all Möller's, contain natural omega-3 (in the form of triglycerides, which, however, reduce blood triglycerides!). In addition, Möller's fish oil and cod oil always come from wild fish, and from fishing zones of assured sustainability. They never come from fish farms.
The product is intended for adults who prefer this easy-to-use way of taking omega-3, instead of liquid cod liver oil, and for children aged 12 and over (up to 2 capsules per day). What are the benefits of cod liver oil?
- Cod liver oil Möller's is an oil from fresh cod liver or other fish of the cod family (Gadidae). It is rich in ω-3 fatty acids and vitamin D, while it also contains vitamin A and vitamin E (as an antioxidant). So the benefits for the body are multiple:
