Methyl B complex

Methyl B Complex by Lamberts is a specialized nutritional formula with all the vitamins of the B complex, which provides:

Folic acid in the form of methylfolate (or 5-MTHF) which is the natural form of folic acid, as we find it in food (green vegetables).
Vitamin B6 in the form of Pyridoxal 5-Phosphate (P5P), which is the active form of B5
Vitamin B12 in the form of methylcobalamin, which is the form of B12 with maximum absorption and bioavailability.

Several of the B vitamins contribute to:

in the normal functioning of the immune system (Vitamins B12, B6, Folic acid)
in the treatment of tiredness and fatigue (Vitamins B1, B2, B5, B6, B12, Folic acid)
and maintaining normal psychological function (B1, B2, B6, B12, Biotin, Folic acid).

Like all its preparations Lamberts, is manufactured in the UK under strict Pharmaceutical GMP standards.
