HELPS CONTROL THE POST-PRANDAL GLYCEMICAL SCALE BY SLOWING AND REDUCING THE ABSORPTION OF CARBOHYDRATES AND FATS

Medical device – Contains 138 tablets of 725 mg each

The Libramed thanks to Policaptil Gel Retard®, it acts at the intestinal level by forming a very thick gel that favors the control of the postprandial glycemic peak, reducing the amount and rate of absorption of carbohydrates (retard effect). This also determines the reduction of the feeling of hunger and postprandial sleepiness. In addition, with the same mechanism, Policaptil Gel Retard® limits the absorption of fats, favors intestinal transit and regulates stool consistency.

Libramed, in combination with a balanced diet, adequate fluid intake and regular physical activity, thanks to its mechanism of action, is indicated for weight control in adults and children from 8 years of age and older.

Patented polysaccharide macromolecule complex (Policaptil Gel Retard®), Orange, Apple and Lemon flavors.

Adults and adolescents over 12 years: 3 tablets before the two main meals
Children from 8 to 12 years: 2 tablets before the two main meals
The recommended dose should be taken with a full glass of water, and care should be taken to swallow each tablet separately. Avoid chewing and crushing the tablet with the teeth.
In case of difficulty in swallowing, you can dissolve the Libramed tablets in warm water or in decoctions without added sugar, stirring until they are completely dissolved. The resulting liquid must be consumed within a few minutes, before the gel forms.

Warnings

It is recommended to take the product at least two hours before or after taking medicines, so that it does not interfere with their absorption. Avoid use during pregnancy and lactation. Do not use in case of hypersensitivity or individual allergy to one or more components.
Store at room temperature, away from heat sources and protected from light. Keep out of reach of children. The expiration date refers to a product that is intact and properly preserved.
The product does not replace a varied diet. A low-calorie diet should be followed and accompanied by systematic physical exercise. In the case of a diet that continues for extended periods of time, beyond three weeks, it is recommended to consult your doctor.
