It can be used both for the symptoms of premenstrual syndrome and as a main dietary supplement for menstrual disorders.
Contains 19 ingredients, of which:
• Vitamin B6, which is known to have a beneficial effect during menstruation.
Satisfactory level of magnesium (400mg per 2 tablets), which is very important since the activity of magnesium is known to be dose dependent with 400mg being the ideal active dose.
• Satisfactory levels of trace elements such as zinc, iodine and chromium (fights the desire for sweets).
Premtesse® can be used with Evening Primrose Oil and Starflower (Borage) Oil.
