Her Brewer's Yeast lanes is a valuable nutritional product as it provides the body with a high content of proteins (46%) & carbohydrates (36%) but also vitamins B2, B1 & biotin which contribute to the normal functioning of the metabolism for energy production as well as to the smooth functioning of the nervous system .
In addition, vitamin B2 helps to reduce fatigue & maintain vision, while together with biotin they contribute to the maintenance of skin health. Biotin also helps to maintain good hair condition.
