Solgar® Vitamin B-Complex with Vitamin C is a highly active Vitamin B complex containing essential B vitamins as well as additional Vitamin C.

B vitamins are essential nutrients for the body. They help the body convert food into energy, allowing us to stay active throughout the day, while enhancing our mental clarity. Solgar® Vitamin B-Complex with Vitamin C contains the following essential B vitamins.

Riboflavin (Vitamin B2), Niacin (Vitamin B3), Vitamins B6 and B12 help reduce fatigue and tiredness, providing energy to the metabolism
Pantothenic Acid (Vitamin B5) Helps Maintain Normal Mental Health
