Quest B Complex timed release is a high-content B vitamin supplement. Its slow-release tablets slowly release vitamins for 6 full hours, ensuring optimal absorption.

The vitamins B1, B12 and biotin they contribute to the good functioning of the nervous system and normal psychological functioning. Pantothenic acid, also known as vitamin B5, supports normal mental performance, while vitamins B2, B3, B6 and B12 provide energy and reduce fatigue and physical exhaustion.
