Tincture of fresh valerian and hops

Herbal sleep aid.

Hops, a key component of beer, soothe tension and stress, normalizes the functioning of the nervous system and is particularly important for dealing with problems related to stress. Its anxiolytic action also acts on the muscles, relieving them of tension. Valerian is considered one of the most beneficial relaxing and neurotonic herbs. It can be safely used to reduce tension, anxiety and hyper-arousal while being highly effective as a natural sleep aid.

Suitable for:

normalization of sleep
intermittent sleep
relaxation of the nervous system

Tincture of: valerian root (Valeriana officinalis*) 50% and fresh hops (Humulus lupulus*) 50%. Alcohol content: 62% (v/o).

Adults: 25 drops in a little water (optionally honey can be added), half an hour before bedtime.
Children over 6 years: 10 drops in a little water (optionally honey can be added), half an hour before bedtime.

To improve anxiety symptoms:

Adults: 10-20 drops in a little water, 1 to 2 times a day.
Children over 6 years: 10 drops in a little water 1 time a day.
